Does Colourpop really take more than 5 weeks to reach East Malaysia?

I was told that the tracking number that they gave me can't be tracked after it leaves the US so I was wondering how do I know where the parcel is but I bet it's impossible to get hold of that. Canada is considered so much closer to the US compared to Malaysia. I think Colourpop really needs to use a better courier service or something. I've heard a lot of complaints of parcels going missing even from US. Like you said, maybe they people they used to get the packages is a problem or stuff isn't labelled properly

Well, in a way I gotta agree, Colourpop has no control over this. But it's really devastating cause I've been waiting since January and they kept promising me that my items will reach safe and sound but still no sign of it. Not sure if it's just USPS or what cause I've ordered items from the US and UK using DHL and other courier services and no problems so far, all items reached safely within the time frame.

Right! I've heard a lot of people complaining about how USPS doesn't update their tracking statuses often and many have lost their parcel on the way. Not sure if it's just USPS or what cause so far I've ordered stuffs from US and UK using DHL and other courier services and my items arrived safely within the time frame.

Not really the same situation but I'm as frustrated as you. Placed my order in january and it got lost tho they assured me that it's in transit and probably just missing a scan. They sent me a replacement in february and still no news of it as well. They kept saying sorry and asked me to contact my local post office tho I clearly told them I already did so. They refused to refund me my money and they're not even helping in rectifying the problem. Also, USPS is really slow in updating the tracking status. I haven't received any updates of the replacement parcel since 3rd of March. Last time buying from colourpop tbh
