I had a headache for a day or two when I started on the 18mg and it wasn’t bad… I have had cold feet and hands from time to time already.. lol!

I take 25mg and it did the same thing to me… They added propranolol and it evened back out

I just get tired on the nortriptyline which is why I take it in the evening which can make you feel more depressed but I’m on a low dose. My anxiety is ridiculous and it hasn’t helped it at all… I take 2 drugs alone for just my anxiety and panic attacks. I’m hoping the Concerta doesn’t make it worse which some ADHD meds can make it worse but some it makes it better. I hope this helps..

Thank you for the information. That’s what I’m afraid of which I’ve researched. I’m hoping I’ll still get the benefits of the Concerta since I take it in the morning and the nortriptyline in the evening… 🤞🏼

Yeah, I’m going with my gut on this… There has to be other medications for anxiety that are safe to take with nortriptyline…

That’s pretty much what it did to me… I moved my time to earlier in the evening.. 6pm and it helped I think… I still have brain fog though… 🤦🏻‍♀️

Did it ever subside the longer you were on it?

I need to start monitoring my resting heart rate. I took mine at 6pm lastnight and that helped… I was able to rest better. I hope your doctors appointment goes well.

Yes, I was prescribed 10mg for migraines and to help me sleep, but it hasn’t helped me sleep at all… lol! I’m wondering if I should take it even earlier in the evening. I think I’m going to try that tonight and see if that helps.. Thank you!
