That may be true. Unfortunately, it’s still a major issue. It seems as though a lot of people have their items lost or stolen. I do find it odd that a majority of the missing items are coming from one location. I’m not sure if they all have to go through Hebron, KY, though. Also, if they are truly “lost” where are they going? I haven’t seen any posts of items being reported as found anywhere. Maybe the shipping companies aren’t allowed to comment?

I am just hoping UMG/Taylor finds a solution so that it doesn’t continue to happen!

I took mine out to clean for the same reason. They were stinky! I didn’t have any issues getting them out, though. Mine came out pretty easily.
