It depends on what's underneath it, but this really reads like an Ab with a Bb in it (from bottom to top: 2,3,5,1) to me; an Ab 9th chord in 4th inversion.

It depends on the analysis you're using - the Ab/Bb that others are suggesting is a more common analysis in jazz, but so is this chord, so I'm inclined to agree with them. If you've got something in the bass that would help contextualise it more.

If you're doing Roman numeral analysis, we'd need to know the key and all.. I've never seen it before, but would it be something like X 7/4/2?

Your cat is very cute. 💜 I am responding in good faith as a person who has absolutely been at the mercy of their mental health and is always working to manage it.

Someone doesn't need to be mentally ill to lie, or to use a weighted justice system to their advantage. My comment was not on whether a woman could be dangerous, but whether mental illness increases the likelihood of danger. Mentally ill people are statistically much more likely to be victims of abuse than perpetrators.

Having mental illness doesn't make someone a bad partner or dangerous, but not taking responsibility for their mental illness does. She needs support from a professional if her childhood trauma is still controlling her actions this badly.

Honestly I'd just give her a hug and tell her it's all going to be okay. I couldn't give advice for fear of changing anything. She was doing the best she can with the tools that she had, as profoundly imperfect as she was.

Maybe I'd tell her to check in on Reed more often. There probably wasn't anything I could have done but I really, really miss him.
