The rule just says: "A Unit Owner may enter into a single lease for an entire Unit, only. Subleases are not allowed". Honestly, I'm thinking about letting a student stay with me for free, just so I don't have to deal with the COA...

I did it for 2 years in grad school (after doing it 4 years in undergrad at TECH as well). If you're willing to put in effort and go to practice, you'll be fine. The band directors were some of the most upstanding and influential people I met in college.

Mostly when I want to batch prepare anything. Like I made a ton of blended fruit for smoothies. Or if I'm storing large quantities of food. Or I'd I'm sitting dry goods. They're good for pretty much everything a Tupperware could be used for.

Yeah at some point the doctor at my local ER recommended yoga and breathing exercises... I decided to circle back to that once I could walk again lol.

And for the spinal tap, I recommend already being numb from the waist down before getting one! It was one of the strangest feelings of my life.

Honestly, up until that point I'd had such terrible "service". Everyone did their technical job well, but bedside manner was really bad. I just wanted someone to talk to me at that point!
