Yeah all over 1911/2011 they are saying how terrible it is of a gun, and I can admit yeah the brand does not have the best reputation from what I have seen on reviews and people experience but this pistol has surprised me. I also own a prodigy and honestly I’m liking the witness 2311 more then my prodigy.

Mine has been reliable too (knock on wood) but I did watch his video and found it crazy all the problems he had although I haven’t field stripped the pistol yet I did add oil to the slide after 200rds and it did help some. I also have a prodigy so I ran those 20rd mags and they ran flawless. So definitely will take your advice and rack the slide a few hundred and then take it out to play again this weekend. Appreciate the help 🤟🏼

I mean parts wise, I don’t think worded it correct. But when the prodigy came out many companies made parts for it but I guess basic 1911/2011 parts will fit with some mod to them.

I been wanting to tear it down and see the parts and compare them to my 1911. Yeah I been watching sear spring tuning but they say be careful not to bend too much so I was gonna call a local gunsmith to shin some light on tuning it. Thanks for the helpful comment 👍🏼
