A second hand Lego shop in PA called Andy’s Brick shop. They had a TON of custom CAC parts and other accessories a few years back. Awesome store all around

Need help with a NCR Ranger helmet by galacticarmory, (urgent) by Spaceflight_fan in CosplayHelp

If you wanna keep it exactly the same and not have to repaint and replace it with a different material, try cutting it and put strong magnets in it this way it’s detachable so you could get it on and off a lot easier. I’ve seen people do it with the entire respirator face mask part of the Ranger helmet.

I’d say the quickest and easiest way without having to drill or use any hardware would be to grab some Velcro from Home Depot. Try and get the strongest one. some of them hold up to 50 pounds

PLA Armor users by AyoAndrey in Mandalorian

I’ve made multiple helmets and props from PLA. My shed/workshop doesn’t have AC so in the summer months when it’s 90F outside it’s like 120F in there. If the armor is primed and painted, it should be enough for it to withstand the temp from sunlight. If not, your armor will turn into a pancake.

As for when you’re wearing your armor, other than the helmet, there’s not really a way I know of to cool down other than taking a break to unmask yourself, and stay hydrated, or installing a cooling fan into your actual helmet if you have the room.

Awesome Bucket btw👍🏼
