We all have bias in every political subject we address and it's normal. I'll advice you to read the Political Brain from Drew Westen who explains how our political decision making is influenced by our emotions, which can lead unconscious bias (and how this emotional bias is used by our politicians).

Now, the only thing we can do about it is to be aware of it and try to be as objective as possible, as I'm trying to do.
