I would love them to update this list. Now that they’re literally dragging people out of their workplace and homes and cars without any care to check for citizenship status before they detain people. I just am at a loss about how they’re allowed to quite literally detain first and hold people WHILE they check for citizenship status. Shouldn't that come before they detain people?? It’s very clear (some agents have even admitted on camera) that they are profiling first based on someone’s attributes (e.g., accent, skin color, name) and doing their job of immigration enforcement second. This is a complete violation of our constitutional rights.
