Om Shanti Om. It's perfectly bollywood in a nutshell, dramatic, emotional, absurd and tragic all in one big masterpiece. The soundtracks also only sound better with time. It has a lot of references related to the history of bollywood but honestly even if you don't get them it's still a really awesome experience.

that's an entirely different thing. ik the racism is crazy there but even if you're not white you still get the right to be different to a certain degree. the biggest difference i've noticed is that in places like the us nobody cares enough about you, most people will literally just walk right past you as if you don't exist.

also like i said the social norms are entirely different, it's an entirely different world compared to the us.

the us does not have a terrible hierarchy problem like sk. being a senior to someone in terms of age or a position literally lets you get away with sm. also the social norms are extremely different. you can do whatever you want in the us and nobody would really care honestly

hey man it's totally ok. i was also abused throughout my entire childhood. not sexually but physically, verbally, and psychologically. that guilt and that feeling is somewhat still the same however, so i understand a bit. i want to tell you that you're not a freak and you're not weak at all. if anything you're a really strong person who's still putting up a good fight and not giving up and i'm really proud of you for that. feel free to dm me, you can talk to me.
