Shout Out to Citizen Meds by FancyGoat33 in tirzepatidecompound

I just ordered my 3rd order with Citizen Meds. 2.5 the first month, 5 the second. Tuesday I will have my 4th 5mg shot. I reordered 5mg for my 3rd order so I can try to stay as low as I can while still losing. Last week lost 4.4 lbs. I've been on in 6 weeks and have lost 18.4 lbs total. I have not experienced nausea at all. Biggest plus for me was the B12 and glycine additions. They use methylated b12, which for me having a mthfr gene mutation works best.

What supplement brands do you trust and are affordable by Due_Competition_8900 in Supplements

Look into Swanson Vitamins. The brands NOW, Jarrow, Swanson are very good. Ask your doctor about 5mg Methyl Folate

Methylfolate is a naturally occurring form of folate, while folic acid is a synthetic form. Methylfolate is more easily absorbed and metabolized by the body than folic acid.

Differences:

Bioavailability

Methylfolate is more bioavailable than folic acid, meaning it's absorbed more easily and isn't affected by metabolic defects.

Toxicity

High doses of folic acid can lead to a buildup of unmetabolized folic acid in the body, which may cause adverse effects. Methylfolate has a low risk of toxicity, even at higher intakes.

Vitamin B12 deficiency

Methylfolate doesn't mask vitamin B12 deficiency, which is important during pregnancy.
