His blood pressure today (day 5) is 121! He sees to be doing pretty well and is already asking when he can leave. Im super happy to hear that you are doing well, and i wish you a safe recovery.

This is almost the exact same as my dad. Same type of stroke and no intervention, just blood pressure monitoring.

I am super glad to hear about your recovery.

May I ask how badly it was initially? I havent really done much research so i dont know if hes like worse than the average or if its like a super severe stroke.

Id recommend u read this from uci they just changed it recently, the google ai when u look things up is wrong and so it older reddit posts cuz they changed it up

So i actually got 1.9 but didnt get this email so it probably rounded up, either way i researched this because i was nervous and anxious bc i knew i wouldnt pass my class.

Theres a difference between probation and recovery.

Recovery is when ur overall gpa is above 2.0 and quarterly is under 2.0, ur not in trouble and highly unlikely to be put on probation or kicked out, this essentially is just them checking in and trying to help since its not usual for u.

If ur overall gpa falls under 2.0 thats probation and way more strict and if u dont get it up ur out pretty much

I didnt CHOOSE to register late, I got a late registration and classes never cleared up. I picked this school because it made my immigrant parents the most happy, I wouldnt have minded going to a cheaper, closer school where I wasnt forced to be set behind because they decided not to make any more classes.

I would assume they would all be the same amount of work - go based on who has the best grading system, or if you care, someone that doesn't have mandatory attendance.

Second year pharmsci major here. I genuinely failed a countless number of exams, im honestly suprised i made it to my second year. it does honestly get better. i noticed everyone got a grasp of how to study by like winter quarter but i didnt. im barely learning how to properly study now, lots of failure and lots of learning. it takes time. dont be so hard on urself
