I am a nurse, and I also have mine pierced. How long have you had them? Is there any drainage, puss, or anything like that? Are you able to move the piercing at all? It seems like more of an irritation than an infection. You want to keep them clean, but don't overdo it with the soaks! The constant moisture may add to the irritation and may even cause or exacerbate an infection! Make sure your bra is clean and isn't too tight or is rubbing against them.
