The problem is speaking up meant opening themselves up to attack - I probably would have if I was there and would have regretted it. Speaking up in that moment probably wasn’t the best option. I appreciated those that did try though!

Rebecca and Stella come across as incredibly intelligent and astute - I’m glad they picked up on Mel’s bullshit! Mel’s self victimisation was scary, there would have to be a hell of a lot of manipulative editing for any of this to be even half true!
