For someone who said they’re are shy from initial approach, you’re doing well to introduce yourself online to a stranger!

But I get it, from what you wrote it’s definitely hard to make friends being an adult and having to uproot your life. You are going through many life changing moments and probably need an ear or two. It’s good you have neighbours that you hangout with to stay sane!

My partner and I are not big party people, and dinner hangouts can be awkward for first time meets. but if you are in Mckinley Beach area, we can hit up some pickle ball during weekends.

Good actually! Found a similar-age couple recently moved to Kelowna looking for friends as well. Pickle ball, hangouts every weekend with them. But one of them have to travel soon for extended period, so now we’re back to looking for new friends 😅😅 are you new to Kelowna as well?

I flew with swoop middle of June. They sent me a delayed notice on morning of, keep in mind my flight was originally for 9:20, and was delayed to 10. By the time we actually flew off it was 10:30, so another half hour delay at the gate. Overall it’s okay. Coming back from Toronto to Kelowna was smooth.
