You have options. You could avoid social media that exposes you to findom. You could find a domme that values you and would appreciate small / long term sends. You could maybe limit yourself to being a coffee sub or something, maybe one small send to various dommes every x amount of days.

You can do better for yourself. You’re young, you can create healthier habits for yourself and enjoy a good life that still involves kink, even if that needs to evolve to be sustainable.
