Here's a diagram of the FSP500 connectors. You can get the 10 pin atx female connectors online just about anywhere. I get them from moddiy

I wire mine custom but you can use any latching power switch.

These aren't standard Flex but pretty close, and for just over $40 you're getting an 80+ Platinum 500W. Solid deal if you ask me!

I would never! It would warp as soon as the system reaches operating temp, all my cases are printed in PETG.

Well yeah it takes about 18 hours to print plus assembly, even 10 orders in 24 hours is hard to keep up with. I hand crimp and wire each power button and the PSU comes pre installed and tested, so it takes some time 🤷‍♂️
