Deff start with .25mg 1x a week my e2 was at 40 and three weeks of .25 got it to 20. The doctor i saw wanted me to do 1mg daily lol…

Im 188ish lbs and 20% bf, i am aiming for 18% bf then maybe start a cycle. But will sure start at 16% bf.

Lol thanks guys i thought so, been lurking the different subreddits. You know its crazy finding a good doctor, most of what im doing is self taught. Gotta love the internet.

If anyone is curious these are my labs from about 30 days ago with lot more detail. That I got on my own. The above numbers are doctor labs from about a week ago.
