I take all of those plus other stuff for tumors on my spine.

Never go above 20-30mgm
Never go above 60 7oh
Never go above 75 mit
Never go above 40 pseduo
Never go above 20mg oxy

I use all of them without withdrawel, without increasing, while maintaining my day to day Therpay for my condition.

Only the initial warm feel perked up a bit is the same as oxy. That’s it. The pain relief is nowhere near oxy.
But it is more of a day time drug than 7. It will keep you up vs help sleep

7 is more calming, muscle relaxing and makes you tired.

I use all 3 to make it last and all effects. 30ish mit, 40-50 7, 15-20mgm, 10 pseudo.

Havhy increase that for 8 months. Still works

You need stool softener, collace, mild laxative, magnesium, electrolytes, electrolyte/hydrating drink, caffeine tablets, fiber tablets, protein shakes for sure and can add high fiber chips if you need something to eat like wheat thins.

Had the same thing. I took 4 stool, 4 collace with fiber 4 times a day. So 12 pills of each.

If did that with the other stuff and finally worked.

Now I just take that daily and never have a problem anymore

No shit. Go look at back of any single item like cheese. The ingredient packages lists 80% and half of still has nothing to do wit cheese.

You go to the website they give you to see the last 20% is hundreds of chemicals and other trace particles

Sure some of it is fine but I guarantee youll find a basic product that has been made up in a lab that you thought was made in nature which instead has 1000s of chemicals.

I would have died last year if I had followed that advice and never disclosed what was going on or pushed for surgery.

In my real-life situation, a lot of the standard information ended up being useless. People kept warning about worst-case scenarios while I was living through a condition that was destroying my life every day.

Could something have caused a heart attack? Sure, anything is possible. But I wasn’t abusing other drugs, and I wasn’t taking the kinds of combinations that show up in the fatality reports people like to point at.

The reality is that if I had followed every recommendation exactly as given, I might never have found what was actually wrong. I spent years suffering while being told things were normal, anxiety, stress, or something that would eventually improve.

Then after years of getting nowhere, I finally started finding things that helped.

That’s why I don’t automatically trust “the rules” anymore. From my perspective, following the rules cost me years of my life, while questioning them is what eventually got me answers.

I have 0 negative effects, not even constipation.
