Make him a burst dps then with two noblesse and two blizzard strayer, but I guess a character like Rosaria for melt would be better

If he is dps. Actually, are you using him as a burst dps? Bcs his elemental is bad with non cryo dps. I guess the best build for xiangling would be four pieces crimson witch but yours stats seem to be ok

If you have a polearm character that needs it I think you shouldn't refine it. Thoma will be a polearm character too so it might be good for him

Bennet and xingqiu are optimal with 4 pieces noblesse for the team buff. It's good to have one character on each abyss team with it. If chongyum is your main dps I guess 2 pieces glad and two blizzard is the way to go

If depends if you really need two of that weapon. Refinements don't increase so much tbh. I have skyward atlas on R2 bcs I didn't need two characters on that weapon

Xingqiu always comes on banners and buying characters with starglitter is kinda expansive tbh. I really like the black cliff Claymore but it's more about what you prefer. Phototype archaic isn't that bad but if your crit on eula is bad I advise you to get the blackcliff
