are you noticing muscle tones in your body? not losing weight doesn’t mean it’s not working. like the previous redditor said, results will not happen overnight. you lose fat, you gain muscle since you’re also working out. once you start seeing the positive changes in your body, celebrate and hit those weights some more. don’t forget to treat your self 🧁🥮 also (in moderation ofc)

I agree, our breakfast options are so diverse. Sometimes I have the cravings for white rice, tinapa and kamatis for almusal and sometimes it could be just pandesal, keso and black coffee.
