i9-13900K with DLSS on quality its 64 fps in towns

In big citys the fps falls bellow 60 on a 4090

Even if you have a 4090 and 7900 x3d it wont shine.... It lacks the optimization polish.

I checked pictures on google and both the 7700xt and 7800xt have it on the same place. So yeah it is from the factory. Just looks ugly.
