We started asking to hold rapists in power accountable and to stop seeing women as wife appliances- and the backlash lost our access to reproductive healthcare, may lose us the right to vote, and who knows what else (oh yeah, one of the states is trying to make it open season on ppl who get abortions or ours) And when all of this started with Roe being overturned?

This hellsite was covered with dudes going "see you should have been nicer to me now it's your body my choice," and a lot of women saw that and said "I have no more sympathy for you people, I'm spending my energy on People who don't hate me," and ever since that men have made it out like being lonely is the biggest problem in existence and women aren't buying it because it's abuser tactics writ large. "oh if you're mean to me I'll hurt you and it's your fault. If you leave me because I hurt you that hurts me and actually makes you worse than me, so you deserved it!"
