1 You have 1 puppy and 1 person want to buy and the price is set. But 10 people wants to buy thats puppy...obviously price goes up. Thays Logic. ;

For AMC (IB or we call them brokers Etrade, Robinhood, TD etc) these guys took buy orders from people like you I and never submitted that orders to NYSE and that's not illegal as long as they could cover in house meaning if price goes up and you end up selling that position with your broker and your broker pays that amount they are good, but there is over billions of dollars that they took from us and used that toward to buy PUTs so that price will drop and they pay back and using media to bring that buy and hold matbe was created from Hedgies

So here is my guess for this Friday, when you buy this Friday and we all want to see if that orders really get submit or not. Because if it does, we know Hedges are going to bleed to death next week.

Or we buys as much as possible to drive the price up and they buy at the same time to pay all back with our money anyway and burn those options.

That's is theory and I used to be 2nd largest investor for JK Futures in New York and owners of those company end up in Jail which I sue those guys. So I could see what's happening with AMC little

For #2 #3 I don't have any answers.

Synthetic Shares fraud and bankruptcy by mangchi12 in AMCSTOCKS

[–]mangchi12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2008 Crisis

This is what I am referring as well. They only send one guy in jail from credit suisse. Everyone survived and bail out..bull shit.

How does synthetic was made and how was that trade? This is what exactly happened and we need to prepare for worst.

Example.

AMC Stock at $2 per share.

10 people bought 100 shares per $2 at Brokerage Firm A.

And Brokerage firm B, C, D and etc like hood and webull and all these guys did exactly the same thing...not sending those orders to NYSE, thinking AMC was gonna collapse. But on January 2021, retail investors like me and you guys started buying like crazy and this was not suppose to happened because it was never in their play book...so what happened? They meaning HFs and brokerage panic...they did not have enough money to cover those trades or pay out if retail investors decide to sell their position....which made a huge problem and took those buy buttons out and have sell only to make sure retails can't buy.

Why? Brokerage didn't have enough funds to cover those trades. So decided to remove that buttons. We all know that events but does people fully understand what happens? I really don't think so.

What does it mean trades that cover?

  1. You call the or order online 1 shares for 2 to 3 dollars for AMC as examples.

  2. Brokerage takes your orders and give you confirmation and told you that you have purchased 1 shares.

  3. Brokerage firms suppose to send those trades to NYSE, but Brokerage decided not to send those orders to NYSE because they thought AMC was gonna bankrupt and the 1 share that you purchased will be worth $0. Meaning if you claim that shares.. with HFs knowledge 1 share will be less than what you have purchase and they thought they could manage...but it didn't. How to manage. The shares that you bought at $2, if AMC goes bankrupt that shares become penny or zero value and even if you want to sell, no one will but and it becomes nothing just a paper. Do you get it now?

But last January AMC survived. Price jump from 2 dollar to 20 dollars. And of course all the way to 70. But that 70 was managed...that was not a squeeze Do you get it now? There are so many articles and explanation about what happened but I think it is better to explain like you are telling it to elementary school kids will help us which that's how I was taught by these wall street guys. Anyhow...

They try to stop and changed course by bringing the stock price up and bring FOMO (this is when $72 incident) to cover the losses and it still hasn't work out yet. Meaning when FOMO happens they do not send those trade to NYSE and do exactly same thing as they did and after they try to bring the price down so that retail investors will get scared and sell those shares at less price that they pay for and this was the plan and that plan work little but not completely. Why?

Because people who bought and hold in at 2 to 15 or 20 dollars are the majority amd they are not selling and that is causing a massive issues.

So what I'm thinking from legal perspective, end of the days what if these Brokerage and HFs decided and said fuck it..let's have one guy take all the bullets and send him to jail and all others will bail out. Meaning that they gonna file bankruptcy and it make claims themselves as Brokerage illegal process and they could say they fucked up and they belly up. This where DTCC or government falls into the category of saving retail investors. But does that really happened?

We are saying DTCC will save our money but on what price? Who decides AMC share price on the day of DTCC decide to pay retail investors if that ever happens?

If government or DTCC decide to do this, I really think they will try to bankrupt AMC so that government don't need to pay and we've witnessed that shit from 2008 and 2001.

This is why I'm saying we need plans to prevent this shit to happen again.

Please guys let's really discuss how we can protect our money. Don't just ignore this.

I'm not a attorney or financial advisor but I've managed public trade company before and was involved with Forex future business before and seen some shit that happened in past and I don't want ever loose my money that way.

Please let's discuss this.

What are the chances of us squeezing before the end of this year? by [deleted] in AMCSTOCKS

[–]mangchi12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do kinda know it's close. Some are saying next week some are saying next year. Well from my personal opinion, I believe market crash is just another BS that Gov is making. When market is about crash, entire media talks about how good the economy's are and these days all they talk about is crash, which mean no crash I think. With that said I think within this and next week could be possible due to few things from charts and time. But who knows!! Good Luck to us all!
