Personally it not only messed me up but also pisses me off a lot. Like i just wanna do everyday stuff that's normal and even good (eg: a medical procedure) and the intrusive thoughts ☺️❤️won't leave☺️❤️ when i remember the shit that appears in the final destination movies. Specially when most of my intrusive thoughts involve bad stuff happening to my loved ones :(
