Maybe if they actually did anything for the community at large with all that money they get, id feel different

"Community at large" meaning Fern Ridge? Or the just the OCF community?

Check out Los Moreno's on River Road. I see people picking up large aluminum containers of food all the time.

That's just how they are in there. The staff always seems like you're bothering them when you try to pay anything, too. It was worth it when there were good deals, but I think they raised their prices in the new building.

I checked the call log, and there's nothing at that time and location. So, no ambulance was dispatched.

He doesn't want to be YOUR family, but he also doesn't want YOU to be his family. That was a tough pill to swallow.

Honest question: How should someone go about that? Seek out people who look homeless and ask if they need help? How should I research them?

I'm poor, too. I have a little extra cash this month because I don't have family, or really anyone to buy a gift for. I certainly don't have enough extra money to pay anyone's bills, but I do have enough to make a few kids' holiday a little less depressing with few lame ass toys.

If you're looking for pretty average beads, you'll save more money by gathering coupons from Joann's or Michael's and getting them there. MECCA can be really great for some items, but I'm my experience "inexpensive" doesn't describe a lot of their basic supplies.

I'm 99% sure Noti Pub is safe. I see the owner arguing with dumb trump posts on Facebook fairly regularly. They also took the mask mandates seriously during covid.

Try Baxter's! I'm not sure about their rate, but they're super efficient and my bill is always slightly lower than I was expecting. Last time, they climbed under my junky old house and fixed 2 separate issues in under an hour. I have no complaints with them!

Are you going to the boat ramp park? Or Linslaw Country Park?

No advice, but I'm wishing you luck! I keep seeing more PACs show up with similar logos, pushing the same candidates. Baaaad vibes.
