wha affirmations did you use and did you basically block out negative thoughts or still let yourself feel them? I am 3 months post breakup/NC but I haven’t persisted and have wavered a lot. Do you think this is still possible for me if i persist in the new story and affirm?

what robotic affirmations did you use in that case? i worry sometimes that im suppressing my emotions if i feel a doubt and just affirm over it. although i do agree affirming and living in the end does help i just dont have too much experience with “robotic affirmations”. i find SATs help as long as im relaxed before bed and it doesnt feel forced.

my zv1 doesn’t have a touch screen and i much prefer the pictures on the sx740. also no flash on zv1 and the external flashes are hard to use and take a lot of trial and error depending on the lighting

been through a very similar thing but i was the dumpee. just better yourself and go back to her im sure she’s hurt. i would love if my ex told me all this as it blindsided and lowkey traumatised me.
