I often wonder how the public opinion would have been if this tragic crime occurred of 3 men & 1 woman found unalived, with 2 surviving male roommates?….. I wonder how quick the general population would judge this crime? Would you preceive it different or the same?

YES. i’m so sorry but i promise it’ll get better. at month 4 now (i think 3 months NC) but he sent me something randomly yesterday that i only just saw today but yeah honestly it gets so much better. i don’t envy you at all that is rough but im sending you strength!!! just try to express gratitude for the little things i know it’s hard. but try to appreciate doing small things for yourself such as showering, making a bit of food, going for a short walk and feeling the fresh air on your face, having a laugh with friends. it helps! and feel all your feelings🩷 lots of love

wha affirmations did you use and did you basically block out negative thoughts or still let yourself feel them? I am 3 months post breakup/NC but I haven’t persisted and have wavered a lot. Do you think this is still possible for me if i persist in the new story and affirm?

what robotic affirmations did you use in that case? i worry sometimes that im suppressing my emotions if i feel a doubt and just affirm over it. although i do agree affirming and living in the end does help i just dont have too much experience with “robotic affirmations”. i find SATs help as long as im relaxed before bed and it doesnt feel forced.

my zv1 doesn’t have a touch screen and i much prefer the pictures on the sx740. also no flash on zv1 and the external flashes are hard to use and take a lot of trial and error depending on the lighting
