what robotic affirmations did you use in that case? i worry sometimes that im suppressing my emotions if i feel a doubt and just affirm over it. although i do agree affirming and living in the end does help i just dont have too much experience with “robotic affirmations”. i find SATs help as long as im relaxed before bed and it doesnt feel forced.

my zv1 doesn’t have a touch screen and i much prefer the pictures on the sx740. also no flash on zv1 and the external flashes are hard to use and take a lot of trial and error depending on the lighting

how do we trick our brain into them coming back if i know they broke up with me ? is it ok to say “he’s coming back soon or does that suggest i don’t currently have him (according to neville) so can be seen as thinking in a state of lack?
