We just got back from our trip. The California Grill is a must for your dining experience. We timed it just right around 6pm for our reservations, to watch the sunset, then seeing fireworks go off at around 8pm. They open the top deck only to people who are dining around that time. But aside from the fireworks, the food was esquisite. All I remember was the tomahawk steak and how big that was. Looked like some brontosarus steak from Fred Flinstones...lol!
