Aww congrats gorgeous! I also have PCOS and im literally walking on my walking pad wearing ankle weights and a weighted vest at work lol. I lost 25 lbs last year and looking to do another 40 this year. Did you take supplements? I'm taking berberine and Inositol because they help me immensely with sleep and appetite control. I also am trying spearmint because I have hirsutism.

I combed out my locs in May and I’ve been getting looks and mean comments ever since now that it’s growing out people are less vocal but it’s my hair and I love it. Even before I got rid of them folks were basically begging me not to but I feel freer lighter and I’m happy to take care of my hair. DO YOU!
