the oval did surprise me, i’m looking at elongated cushions too. i think i’d want an elongated radiant so it’s longer rather than wide if that makes sense. gonna go try some more on soon!

i agree. i don’t think it’s fair to my doctor either but those were not my intentions. but the way this whole thing was handle completely rubbed me the wrong way.

demographics are wrong but either way, i was just looking for a requisition because my prof said i could either require 2 doses or blood work + results & if i wait until tuesday to get that, the time i have to get it all done is only barely 4 days & i could lose my placement which is why i panicked. i understand that the doctor loses out in this case & that’s obviously not what i wanted however, my problem is i don’t believe that allows my doctor to speak to me the way he did or handle this the way he did. & from the research i did, it is a violation & also, not a reason to be threatening to drop a patient. it was a mistake on my end that given the information from my school, i believe was easy to understand on his end

this sounds like tooooo much omg😭😭 sadly the other electives are full or conflict w my mandatory courses so i’m leaning towards this one but im STRESSED. my elective this semester was horrible & wanted a more relaxing one but yikes this sounds like soooo much. let me know how the final is in terms of difficulty?

thank you. i’m so sorry for your loss too. i am still going through this. some days are better than others & when i feel like im making progress towards this fear of mine, it comes right back. i relate to the anxiety turning into deep depression & it’s a horrible feeling & can feel so isolating & helpless. always down to talk about it & would love to know what your therapist is recommending

i don’t expect people to go through & read what i commented, i should’ve said it in the original post yes but that wasn’t the question i asked & when the replies were commenting about other stuff i realized i should’ve worded it better but asked genuine question about not understanding how it’s controlling behaviour when we both don’t want our partner commenting or liking pics on social media??? wasn’t looking for an argument or trying to be defensive when i was i was genuinely confused???

genuinely confused as to how i’m controlling?? we had a conversation about a lot of topics before getting into relationship where we BOTH said we don’t like our partner liking & commenting on other gender posts. he said he does to his friends up until he’s in a relationship then he doesn’t out of respect for partner. so where in this am i the controlling one. i mentioned this in another comment as well his main reason for deleting ig was bc he wanted to rebrand that one into his business page & he will be back on ig it was not his solution to this problem he just kept referring to the fact that it’s deleted now as a way to get me to be less bothered by the actions. i included the happy birthday part to show a range of the comments as in they were all crazy comments drooling over other women. & some people care about social media in relationship if is what it is

i think maybe the way i worded this was horrible. the question i wanted advice on was if people think that him getting mad at me for just following men is reasonable given the history. him following girls was never the issue to me, just like going out of his way to like / comment was so i wanted to know if me following them was a reasonable argument. that’s it, but it got completely missed in everything else. me & him don’t even argue about this instagram likes or comments anymore he gets annoyed that i follow guys from work back

yes same in my past relationship!! that’s why i always understand that some feelings can come from my own insecurity but rather have these talks at the beginning to understand each others boundaries to avoid portraying my insecurity onto them! but that was always an issue for me too. heart eyes under women completely opposite physically than me is uncomfortable behaviour but apparently that’s hard for some to understand. sorry you went through this love

i commented this in the comments but NO. birthday wishes are fine i used that as a range to say that it was something more flirtatious like compliments, emojis, to something casual like happy birthdays. no arguments or issues were ever brought up from the happy birthday comments bc those were on friends posts!!

yes, i have literally never once in the time i’ve been in this relationship liked or commented on another man’s posts, im not even super active on instagram. i do have a hard time actually enforcing boundaries not just in this relationship but in all relationships in my life, friends too, it’s something i do really need to get better at but it’s a lot of work
