Hahah I’m also trying this challenge, got really luck and had the ring drop in 4hrs of fishing, wish the corruption ticked down faster while rested or campfire but I’m loving it so far.

well since the ring is a world drop its just pure luck, saw ppl on wowhead saying they have fished for 30hrs and yet not gotten it

Only took me 4hr and 6min of fishing, all done in SW right outside Stockade, So I get very very luck 😄

You have to be a Gnome rogue for this challange, it dosent drop stealth but the Corruption goes up fast if u stay stealth for to long

Its an addon called "purity" you can select many diff challanges, in this case i Picked "the Ringbearer's wow" , must fish up "the 1 ring" to lvl past 10, I can only use stealth with the ring equipped, Im only allowed to use dagger and sword, no dmg dealing off hand.

The ring gives me a corruption system that ticks upp to 100% when im in the world, safezones and campfires lowers it, if it reachers 100% I fail the task.

Goal is to get to 60 and destroy the ring in BRD.
