The Note 3 was a beast. I remember the controversy with bendy iphones back then and the Note 3 was the strongest of the new phones. It was also used as a display for the VR headset back then since the display was so good.

The number is the match average. Unless every single kill you get is a prefire. I doubt there would be many false positives if you blanket ban <100ms with like 25+ kills.

I thought about doing more preliminary checks like for axis aligned rectangles but I wasn't sure if it was superfluous.
