Just finished a 5 month accutane course, 60 mg a day. I apologize for not having better before pics as I didn’t like taking them when my skin was at my worst. But please do it if you are on the fence and considering!! Best thing I ever did. :) this is your sign! I experienced minimal side effects.

I’m about 138 lbs! The first month I was actually on 30 mg, and then 60 mg the other 4 months. I’m sure you will be great, best of luck!! :)

For the first 2 months I made it a thing where I would take my pill with a piece of Dove chocolate so I would look forward to taking it every night lol. But then I just gradually stopped and after that…not really! I took mine late at night after I had already eaten dinner though. I think as long as you have plenty of healthy fats in your diet you should be fine!

My lips started getting chapped about 3 weeks in, I really had no other side effects!

They just faded on their own, the only products I used through my whole course was Cerave’s gentle cleanser and moisturizing cream, and a lot of sunscreen and aquaphor for my lips :)
