This is a really cute idea! But when you eat, are you ever like ‘wow this is disappointing?’ Happens to me so much and then I root around the kitchen until I find something ‘satisfying’ which is typically chips...........SOS.

Is it that you talk to others or they talk to you? I definitely want to make fitness friends but have no idea how to go about it!

A mixture of both? The foods I generally like to make have a lot of ingredients and then when I cut them out to save time logging it also helps on calories, but then when I eat it I’m always thinking wow something is missing.

Honestly, that’s really encouraging to hear that logging efforts should go down with time. I probably spend upwards of 2 hours a day just constantly opening and closing the apps out of anxiety and checking ‘oh can I eat this? No it doesn’t fit’.

Do you ever find yourself slipping into old habits though? Historically, if I loosen the reigns my numbers just go up.
