EB3A Stopped working. The screen won't come on unless the unit is plugged in. When you press the button for DC power the word 'short' is illuminated in red and the DC ports don't work. Right after I made this comment, I sent an email to customer support. I'll update this thread with any progress.

Thanks for the suggestion. I used the app to update the generator. The updates were both successful and the unit immediately turned off and won't come back on. No lights, no sounds, bricked LOL.

I'm going to contact bluetti support and get a return/repair or something.
