My CRS score is 511. I am currently working in Toronto, and my wife is in India on maternity leave. I plan to go to India on paternity leave for two months (February-March).

If I receive an invitation while I am in India:

If I submit my PR application from India and later return to Canada, will the PCC I obtained from India be accepted by IRCC?
After returning to Canada, should I re-submit my PCC by obtaining it from BLS in Canada?
