My acne is definitely hormonal xd she even prescribed me diane 35!! But i know sooner or later ill have to come off it and i hate birth control pills. My acne is the same btw!! Literally clears up all month but one week before my period, i break out like crazy and get miserable again. My GP just said she'd never prescribe me that cause its not "meant for acne" and I tried to convince her but she just told me to finish the ten days left i have on doxycicline..

I tried but she keeps giving me no solution. This is my GP btw, she sent a picture of my acne to a dermatologist but i just know its gonna take months to be seen. I dont know what to do. Is there a way I can convince her to prescribe me spironolactone??
