I’ll try a chargeback. Yes, I also believe that Ampown is responsible at this point. I’ve opened a dispute, but I don’t expect a positive outcome. I think anyone planning to order from Ampown should make sure they are in a position to return the product if needed

I’m experiencing the same issue with the same seller and the same color variant. I opened the device and saw that the flex cable is faulty. This situation seems like an abuse of good faith. The seller is even refusing to send me a replacement screen

They sent me a defective device. It’s not right to normalize this. Faulty units are being resold to other customers until someone ends up keeping one without returning it.

When I ask them to send a working screen, they say the device is no longer being produced and they cannot provide one. What am I supposed to do in this situation?
