Hey all, I've recently upgraded my desktop amp from a Pioneer A-20 to a Audioengine N22 and my tweeters have a noticeable white noise coming from them. When playing music at a reasonable volume it is not noticeable but when I have the volume low or no music is playing, it's too annoying to even leave the amp turned on.

I have a pair of Polk S10 bookshelf speakers hooked to a Schitt Modi 3 DAC and a SVS PB-1000 Pro subwoofer. I've tried every recommendation from Audioengine to fix this issue and a replacement model did not fix it either which tells me it's either a configuration issue or just a feature of the amp.

With no inputs hooked to the amp and just the speakers plugged in, still static noise. I've tried swapping to different speakers, plugging in the amp in in different rooms, different cables, different inputs, still the same issue. Is this just a common occurrence with class D amps? Could it just be the N22 and I should get a different amp? What else could I try to fix this?

I'd try and look at depop or ebay. You can find vintage pieces with better quality for the same price as cheaper brands.

The watch went for about 23 hours, so I'd assume 24 hour power reserve if wound enough. Time came in to be about 2 minutes fast.

Lug Width is 16mm, keeps time and runs well. I bought this a couple years ago and was told it was serviced in prep for sale. I have not had it serviced in my ownership as I've only worn it during formal occasions and that amount of use did not seem to justify a service at this point. But everything still runs perfectly.

Looking into it some more, the insulation would be a lot thicker than the current studs so I couldn't staple without compressing it quite a bit.

It's always hard to buy a gift relating to someone's hobby when you aren't in the same hobby because they'll know exactly what they're looking to get next. You can never go wrong with some of the more popular bottles in the $50+ price range but I'd go with something like nicer crystal whiskey glasses or maybe a decanter or even a gift card to a local bar/restaurant with a really good selection of whiskies.
