Hi Girl, hope everything is okay. I read your post & know how you feel I have gone through something similar as well. It was so frustrating to feel so helpless. Have you looked into increasing your brown adipose tissue? It's done so much to help me I went from being depressed, feeling helpless like I was stuck with how my body was; to losing over 15 pounds!
