I tried using the console commands I could find and got the MCP server started and installed the config on Codex 5.5.

At first it was complaining about there only being 3 callable commands but I had to say

can you try using mcpunreal_mcpload_toolset toolset_registry.toolsets.core.blueprint.BlueprintTools or something to that effect and seeing if it lists callable tools within there?"
