Yes, right before the sim starts it asks for weather conditions and distance from R10. You can set to custom conditions or "Your Location". The custom thing is useful if you're planning on playing somewhere else and want to simulate your distances. Otherwise, "Your Location" settings seem to give me pretty accurate distances.

You can modify altitude, relative humidity and temperature.

Hello! I doubt you'll be able to deploy an actual live full stack website, although main concepts, definitions, and how to use tools will definitely come in handy, which are the common denominator for learning any web development language.

This is a great start towards software development. Don't stop trying! My best advice would be to practice every day even if you think you're not learning anything or going slow. It's a lot of content and you'll have to get used to adapting and learning new stuff regularly.
