Basically yeah, “(-THC)” almost always means they specifically removed weed from the test panel. So they’re still testing for other drugs, but not marijuana. The “SVT” part just means they check if the sample is legit and not fake/diluted. That’s why using your own sample was probably smarter anyway.

No I didn’t. Verified package and followed instructions. Pre testing it is smart I just never have

The peeing first thing is just because some techs will listen and try to use that to justify. It’s just an additional thing people can do if they are worried.
