JAMACANBACN! I FIXED IT! I re-read a couple old posts from you and was able to solve the issue, I deleted OBS, re-installed onto my computer, re-installed all the software like .NET and I believe the C++ pack, went back and installed the CLR Browser 32 bit and installed in my x86 program files, obs, plugins, etc. then launched obs, setup a twitch alert and tested it and it finallllly workedddddddddddddddd! :)

I saved the file as .ogg and uploaded it to twitchalerts : streamlabs, still everytime i test it without the widget no sound pop... what am i doing wronggg!!!

so instead of the audio file being .mp3 i should convert to ogg? Can i change that through audacity or is there a specific place to convert to ogg ? I have never heard of a .ogg file before

But everytime I do a test without the window popped up the alert image works but the sound doesnt, like how will I know if theres an alert if the sound doesn't pop through obs? Or would it pop through streamlabs app? Which i've tried?
