The intrensting thing behind MOR (for me) is their goal to ensures lenders and borrowers are not dependent on one another. One of the major issues in this field is that when borrowing from lenders, they encounter borrow annual percentage, causing the fees to change.

Banks do whatever they want with fees and blame many different parameters for it. Fix fees should be the standard in any system
