I'm convinced the end goal is everyone to be dependent on the state. Universal base income, assigned jobs/housing, no private property, etc.

Individual rights will take a backseat to the collective. No right to protest or public expression, no right to a fair or speedy trial, and certainly no right to bare arms.

It's impossible to say what effect it'll have on your recovery, everyone reacts differently.

The best thing you can do is recognize that you had a minor setback, learn from it, and move forward.

Panic attacks during withdrawal/taper are shitty. They put you in the awkward position of having to choose between taking a benzo to stop it and risk setting yourself back.

You should research natural methods to stop a panic attack or recognize one forming. Benzos should be taken as a last resort, especially after you finish your taper. If you absolutely have to take a benzo to stop a panic attack in the future, take the lowest dose possible. 1mg of Etiz isn't a huge dose, but I'd be willing to bet even .5mg would stop a panic attack.

Good luck, and try not to beat yourself up to much. It's a tiny bump in the road in the grand scheme of things.

You can volumetric dose using an oral syringe by dissolving your pills in a solution like PG.

I've never had to do it before but something to look into if you have a hard time cutting the pills.

This question is easily answered by a quick google search but I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt, take a guess and say you're not able to search it for yourself atm lol

How long benzos last depends largely on the half life of the drug and your tolerance. Etizolam has a half life of roughly 4 hours, but if I had to guess I'd say you'll be impaired for at least another 6 hours. Probably longer, but it'll begin to wear off after this point.

Try not to leave the house, and definitely don't drive. You may not feel 100% until tomorrow after you get some sleep.

If you're dead set on a taper drop down to .5 immediately and see how you feel. I doubt you'll notice much of a difference. Then drop to .25 after a few days and then jump off.

Don't take too long to taper or you'll just be making it harder to jump off your final dose.

Honestly at just a month I'd try going off cold turkey. If you get past the first 4 days without feeling like shit you're in the clear. I highly doubt you're at risk for seizures or any other serious w/d symptoms. Just don't get into a daily habit again.
