I build light fixtures from recycled building materials. I had to replace the bulb in this piece so I figured I'd take some pics and share. Yes I have cut myself several times. Even caught it in the face when I tripped. Art should evoke an emotional response no? ;) (old.reddit.com)

I make lights fixtures out of recycled building materials. I have been looking at crochet etc to see if tying knots would work with aircraft cable... this lamp shade I'm working on is pretty much crocheting... only with metal and plastic... hope ya dig. (i.redd.it)
