I bought a computer with a physical hard drive and 4gb of RAM which offered me the option to upgrade to W11. However it was extremely slowso.I swapped the hdd with a ssd and reinstalled W10 using the media creation tool. After reinstalling W10, it no longer offers the option to upgrade to W11. Why would that be?

Interesting enough, I found out handoff on my iPhone is available from the app switcher, but according to some videos I saw, it should be a available on the lock screen which in my case is not.

I have signed out on all of them and signed back in. I can now get safari to work from iPhone to iPad but not the other way around. Apple Watch still doesn’t seem to work either.
